This service is for running a gasline through your fireplace. 

The price covers the first two hours of labor and gas line.

Additional Labor and Gas line will be added at the time of the appointment if needed.

This is the fee to send Lance out to get on your roof and take measurements of your chimney so he can submit those to our fabricator.

Price varies according to cover size from $1,200 + for installation and fabrication.

All projects that don't fall under the above categories will need a project/ fireplace inspection so an estimate can be drawn up. 

This fee covers the trip to your home, inspection of project/fireplace, plus a consultation with the owner of the company. Following the appointment, Lance will base his research on that consult and email you options until final products are selected.

You will receive a formal estimate to approve via email and pay a 50% deposit upon which your materials will be ordered.

WAIT TIME: Depending on the complexity of your project, and the research needed, wait times on estimates vary. We ask clients to please be patient, but to feel free to check in with us!

This fee is applied to any project/service that extends passed the designated time due to unforeseen complications.
